Mr.Phillips is an experienced land planner and registered landscape architect.  He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Park and Recreation Administration and a Masters of Landscape Architecture.  By considering the site as a whole, we maximize any adjacent development and integrate the golf within the different land uses for optimum potential.
