Represents persons accused of MAJOR FELONIES (such as homicides, drug cases, conspiracies, allegations of sexual misconduct, etc.) in state and federal courts and in MILITARY matters including courts-martial, appeals, administrative hearings relating to discharges or other adverse actions or medical discharges. Presents cases before the Merit Systems Protection Board, Civil Service Boards, and other ADMINISTRATIVE state and federal agencies. Represents parties in FAMILY LAW matters including dissolution, child custody, and child support.
